Using an activation USB stick The R-Studio Technician license provides the ability to create a USB stick for activation, which allows the licensee to activate/verify the license completely offline using a supported USB stick of their choice. The USB stick can be used not only for license verification but also for installing R-Studio Technician Portable and one of the bootable versions (WinPE or Linux) of R-Studio Technician Emergency (Startup version).
